    I’m also noticing that this plugin is not recognizing bounced emails. I am using an email that is being retrieved to a Gmail account via POP. Is this effecting its ability to detect bounced emails?

    Please just dont default so quickly to the “give me admin access” response and please try answering the question.

    Did you setup the bounce settings under Newsletters > Configuration > General > Bounce Configuration and test the POP/IMAP settings to make sure it works?

    Please check if that is setup and let me know.

    I did run the test and returned successful. But I did not have Bounce Handling Method set to POP/IMAP Email Fetch. I will try that and let you know.

    But would having a separate email account that is not being retreived via POP better?

    Oh wait let me clarify. The email being used by the Newsletters plugin is [email protected]. That same email is being retrieved via POP to a gmail account. I think setting the Bounce Handling Method to POP/IMAP would be correct if I were using the gmail account at the email being used by the plugin. Is that right?

    I ask because it is asking for email credentials, host and port much like what Gmail asks when setting up a POP account.

    Please clarify.

    So I’m going back to that tangent question which I now think will avoid a lot of headache. Just use an email account that is not being retrieved by other external email accounts. Is this a safe statement?

    Yes please try to use a dedicated mailbox that is only for bounces. Create one like bounces@… and use that
