Not recognizin widget area..

I have a site:
https://coursera-answers.com/the problem is that this plugin not recognizing widget are, I had to add the banner manually to the widget.
Plus, it does not recognising other areas I would like to add the adsence…
For example – Under the first post in blog (homepage/archive/categiry)
How can I do this?
