Not recognize accounts in checkout

Hi! I'm writing because at checkout page the field customer information it's not recognizing emails from customers or subscribers, it just recognize my email, wich is an administrator account, but there is another administrator and do not recognize neither. For this reason it invites you to create a new account and there is a conflict, because there is already an existing account with that mail. I already deactivate all plugins and nothing. I hope you can help me. Thank you very much
