Not recognising backups and not uploading

    Hi, I made a backup (using updraft) of a site I was working on a while ago and due to a mishap at the client end the site was lost. I have a fresh install of wordpress running and am trying upload my backup files using Updraft and I am getting an error message saying the files are not recognised?!

    Hello

    Please could you provide an example file name of a backup you are attempting to upload?

    UpdraftPlus backups should have a filename with a format such as

    backup_2022-09-02-1153_websitename_1fa5ffdbc5d4-db.gz
    backup_2022-09-02-1153_websitename_1fa5ffdbc5d4-plugin.zip

    You could also verify the contents by unzipping them, for instance does your Uploads component have the correct images in?

    Hi,

    Yeh so the file name formatting is not as stated above, although they have not been changed from when originally downloaded using updraft.

    Example file name below:
    loveable.org_.uk_1658833354-main-1658833424.zip

    They are all like this, but all plugins etc sem to be in folders named ‘other’

    I have checked and the zip files do contain images, plugins etc.

    I tried to reformat the file name and they uploaded but did not restore on the site.
