Not recieving proper email from contact form 7

Hello,

I had setup contact form 7 in my site but when i send mail mentioning all the field its having, i am getting only senders name,senders subject and message body in my email and nothing else.

I have having many other input fields for sender in my form like telephone,mobile,address,city,company,issue type(dropdown menu),zipcode etc.

How to resolve it?
Kindly help in this issue.
