Not recieving Email & want to remove all other fields except email

Hi nidhi1990wp I am not sure why you’re not getting the emails. It may be that your server does not support sending emails via PHP – The Easy Sign Up plugin uses WordPress Functions to send the emails. Theoretically if WordPress can send an email out then so can the plugin.

Secondly, i want to remove all other fields except email, plz provide shortcode
