Not receiving warning emails

Oddly enough, I have a setting somewhere that is blocking the email that the plugin is sending to alert me about a Firewall Block Email Alert.
Here is the event message:There was an attempt to send an email using the “wp_mail” function. It was sent to “[email protected]” with the subject “Firewall Block Email Alert: https://www.affecteddomain.com”. Because the sending IP Address is GoDaddy, I’m concerning about just taking a shotgun approach and whitelisting this IP Address: 23.229.205.102
Especially when you scroll down further in the Audit Trail and find:
Firewall Block Response: Visitor connection was killed with wp_die() and a message. Successfully sent Firewall Block email alert to: [email protected]
I suspect this was supposed to be legit.. so what setting did I miss?
