    I have the pro version and set up user submission capability (email “a” as admin mail). I asked a test question (used email “b” in submission form) and I received the question in email “a”. It sent a link to visit to approve. I published the FAQ and it showed up fine but I never received an email (to email “b”) letting me know that my test question had been approved.

    Sorry for the trouble for you are facing.

    I just tested this in our local and was not able to reproduce your issue. It seems to works properly on our local.

    Did you check it in the spam folder? If not, can you please try it once more and check it in the spam folder?

    If it is not present in the spam folder either, please provide us your website details with a temporary admin access to the site so that I would check this down.

    When is the email supposed to be sent out? Does this happen automatically when the FAQ is published? There doesn’t seem to be any way to approve or send the email manually.

    I am doing this on a clients site and he forwarded the login he got when he ordered the pro version of Helpie FAQ. I used that info in the link you gave me above and it didn’t let me in.
