Hello! I have just started using this plugin and I am running in to some issues.

I have set up an event and created an RSVP. I have then tested it and recieved the RSVP email along with my QR code and all like it is supposed to. However, when I try to create a paid ticket or even a free ticket and run through the purchase process, I do not receive my ticket. I get all the emails from WooCommerce notifying me of my order, but the ticket from Event Tickets never comes. It is strange that is works with RSVP but not Tickets. I am also noticing that when I buy a ticket, I am not added to the attendees or in the event’s orders either. Please help!

    Hey Cheska,

Unfortunately my license expired. Can you help me here? I have also noticed other bugs. When I try and buy a ticket and the order goes through on WooCommerce, no order is generated in the event ticket. Please help! I don’t want to have to switch to something else.

To add, I just started a development server with a fresh install of Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, Events Tickets, and Events Tickets Pro. Also freshly installed WooCommerce. I made a test purchase and the order was generated in WooCommerce, the stock was reduced on the ticket and all. However, no Order information was added to the event post, and no attendee information was added either. No emails from Event Calendar or Event Ticket were received.

    Hi @benmwilson,

Thank you for your message and I’m sorry to learn of the difficulties.

We’ve had reports similar to this that are being caused by a feature of WooCommerce when enabled — High-performance order storage. That said, kindly head over to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced (tab) -> Features (section) and ensure that you are using WordPress posts storage as your Order data storage.
