Not Receiving the WP MAIL SMTP

    Hi

    I tried the “test email” option, it said that the email had been sent correctly:
    “?El correo electrónico de prueba HTML se envió con éxito! Por favor, revisa tu bandeja de entrada para asegurarte que se entregó.”

    However, when I check my email I don’t see the email come through.

    I also change the email in the field and it always goes back to the initial email.

    Hi,

    1) Which mailer are you using?
    2) Have you checked Spam folder in your email client?
    3) Are there any filters inside your Inbox, that can reroute emails to other places (including delete/archive/forward)?

    Also, please clarify this sentence:

    I also change the email in the field and it always goes back to the initial email.

    Are you talking about From Email field? What is the “initial email” at all?

    Thanks for the fast reply:
    1. I am using the php mailer
    2. I have checked the SPAM folder and I still can’t find it
    3. I have no filters in any of my emails, I have tried 3 different addresses.

    1. In the test email field option, here I have tried multiple emails and it always goes to the first test email address that I sent.

    Do you mean “Default” mailer? That means you haven’t configured WP Mail SMTP plugin.

    It’s impossible according to plugin code and settings. Most likely you have something misconfigured on a server.
