    Dear Support,
What happen’s when the form is submimtted. I got this plugin install with Starter templay automatically. It looks okay, But why visitor submits the form I do not receive any email. Dose this automatic sends to Admin email registerd? If so, I should get that email straight forward.
Or do I have configure somewhere? I could find an input box or tick or option where to send the form data? I can see that {admin_email} is in WP-Forms settings. But still I dont receive any email.

    Thank you!

    Hi @srmahmud2,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure an SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    I hope this helps!
