    Hi
I created a Ninja form and followed all details provided in the video
    1. Setting to hidden field with post id
    2. To field as “[email protected]
    etc

I see the submissions in Nonja forms backend submissions but I dont get an email.

    Can you please help?

I’m having the same issues with both Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms. Help?

I’m having the same issue with Gravity Forms using the Listable theme. Someone help us!

Hi, not sure if this is the same issue you are experiencing, however, I too ran into issue with getting notifications working with ninja forms. Only email confirmations were working. Their instructions weren’t correct. After messing around I found how to fix notifications.

If you are using Ninja Forms, you need to make sure the hidden contact email field under the administration dropdown has a Field Key of contact-email. Then within emails and actions >>> email notification setion, you need to put into “to” field the value {field:contact-email}. This will make the notifications now go to the intended person.

Hi, I’m having the same issue with contact form 7, the form submissions are being captured in contact form db but the mails are not being sent, as per instructions the “To” field is set to [email protected]. (all the other contact form 7 forms on the website are working fine)

Edit: I’ve tested this on another wpress installation and it’s working fine, it appears the issue is with the sites mail server
