• Hi!

    My customers are not receiving the emails I designed, and I can’t understand why. If I place a test order I get the correct email I designed, but my customers aren’t. What could this be?

    In my settings it shows that it is published, and I have enabled it in the Woocommerce email settings as well.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We first suppose a reason that you create a new default template and it will be located on the top of the email list and have the same priority with other email types.

    In this case, please try to download a post type order plugin, and reorder the default template to the end of the list and send an email again, verify wiht us if the template appear correctly.
