• We purchased the pro plugin and have an open ticket with no response for 9 days now. Tried an email to the email address listed on the site as well. Can we get some support?!

    Thanks for the note Mike. I would ask here but if I don’t know if I feel ok with building an entire site around a pro plugin that receives no support. I’ll probably go with another act in town.

    Having the same experience. Very disappointed that they are charging for a Pro plugin and claiming support when it’s few and far between. Clearly not a priority project for them anymore.

    Did you go with another plugin? If so, which one?
