    Hi Folks,

    We’ve just noticed that we are not receiving submissions from the above form. It has not been modified since it was last tested, when all was ok.

    I updated the plugin this morning, from V1.2.4 to 1.2.5, which did not help, and changed the email settings to a different email. Again, this did not help.

    I am not using any additional email headers, and am not receiving forms to the ‘send to’ email, nor did I receive the form to the cc email when testing this morning. Strangely however, when I complete a test form and submit, I am still redirected to the thank-you page, so it looks as though it is being sent.

    I have some CSS applied to the form, but the form was working fine when this was added, so I don’t think it is causing the problem?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    I am now as far as discovering that it may not be an issue with the plugin, unless there is some recently developed conflict with 365 addresses (Mondula?)?. Changing the mail domain, in my case from 365 to an outlook address, solved the issue. Although this is obviously not ideal long term.

    If you’ve had the same issue recently and use 365 you might want to check your DNS records to see if the problem lies there. This is where I am looking at the moment.

    Hi,
    we think this issue is not caused by the plugin, but we will have a closer lokk at it for the next update just to male sure that everything works fine.
