• Hi,

    I’m using Ultimate WP Mail in conjunction with Ultimate Reviews. I created a thank you email in Ultimate WP Mail, sent a test email and received the test email in my inbox as expected.

    I then went into the options for Ultimate Reviews and selected that thank you email as my submission thank you email and saved the changes.

    To test, I submitted a review on the site and the review submitted as expected, but I never received the thank you email in my inbox.

    Any ideas as to why? Am I potentially missing a step?

    Hi Tone,

    Thanks for getting in touch. Is the reviewer’s email one of the fields on your submit review form? Would it be alright if we created a review on your site to test?

    Yes, the reviewer’s email is a field on the form and it was filled out. You’re welcome to leave a review on the test page. Thanks!

    Thanks for letting us leave a review. It looks like there was an error on our end, with how the plugins were integrated. We’ve put out an updates to the reviews plugin, would you be able to update it and then let us know if it’s still not working for you?

    Thank you @rustaurius. I updated the Reviews plugin to 2.0.41 and am still not receiving the thank you email. Were you able to receive one?
