WordPress.com problem Not Receiving SMS verification code to my phone

  • I had a blog I was running and growing in 2016 [ redundant link removed ] where I shared unspoken issues relating to Africa. I even self hosted at some point till I fell very ill and lost my domain name. Since then I have been trying for years to enter back into my account with my email [ email deleted, do not post emails as you will get more spam ] but I never get SMS to the number I signed up with although it has the correct ending numbers. I can’t remember my backup codes either. Can anybody please help me get my account back please?

  • Since this relates to a WordPress.com site, you’ll need to contact WordPress.com for help to recover your account. www.remarpro.com (where you are now) only deals with the WordPress software itself and self-hosted WordPress sites.

    I tried that before putting my concerns on this forum. Because getting through to them, they were asking for details, I possibly can’t have after so many years. It’s been impossible to reach them.

    That account is controlled by wordpress.com; www.remarpro.com is a separate orgaization. You’ll need to work with their support.
