Not receiving SMS

I have installed your contact 7 SMS International plugin.
I’m using contact 7 Version 4.3.1.I have configured the International SMS tab in the contact 7 form.
Result: No SMS received.I noticed a settings tab to update the API
e.g. Example : https://example.com/smsAPI/send.php?mobile={MOBILENUMBER}&message={MESSAGE}&senderID=XXX&username=xxx&password=xxx&route=3Should I update the API also?
