Not receiving sent comments

Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page, make sure the “Email me whenever Anyone posts a comment” option is enabled. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/discussion-settings/comment-subscription/

Thanks for the response.

I am not receiving the comments from the sender.

My friend tried to send several comments but when she clicks the Post Comment button she just sees the black ball bouncing endlessly. Her comment never makes it to my dashboard.

Please see the solutions below:

1. The access to the https://www.gcc-globalclimatechange.com/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/utils/ajax/wpdiscuz-ajax.php file is closed and that’s caused the issue.

You should ask your WordPress hosting provider to check your website for correct file permissions.

2. You can also navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > General admin page enable the “Use WordPress native AJAX functions” option. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/settings/general-settings/#use_wordpress_native_ajax

In any case, please don’t forget to delete all caches and press CTRL+F5 (twice) on the frontend before checking.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have enabled “Use WordPress native AJAX functions.” That is, the button is green instead of gray.

Does that mean the problem is resolved?

You can open your website on incognito mode and check it yourself.
