    Currently the website is in sandbox mode. I Created a sandbox account using a real email address. Then I purchased a membership through this plugin, using my real email, the payment has been processed but I have not received the registration / activation email.

    On the backend of the website that member is Active but under username it still says incomplete.

    In the settings, “email activation” is enabled on this membership level.

    Nevermind, it just took a long time and went to the spam folder but we are all good! Great plugin so far.
