Not receiving or sending emails from website

I have over 26 websites I manage in which I had contact 7 installed. The clients aren’t receiving email notifications. I tried adding an SMTP plugin and the test emails work, but the contact forms don’t. I have tried Ninja Forms and WP Forms and Contact 7. None of them are working. Any help is appreciated ASAP.
