Not receiving notifications for all forms

You also need to make sure the “Email Content” field in your notification is not empty.

This was working fine. Cannot get the form to email notifications even with WP Easy SMTP plugin installed. This was once such a great plugin.

Should be working in 7.4.3

I have the latest Version of WP, Constant Contact Form & Easy SMTP plugin. I can’t get it to work at all. I can’t even send a test email.

Trying to send it to my gmail and i tried just about everything. I just keep getting “SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting”

Any help please?

The email notifications are working once again.

They only ceased working around 13 January, after a WordPress update – not sure whether this was causal or coincidental.

You will need to create an email notification under the ‘Form Settings’ tab on the ‘Manage Forms’ – if you have not already. It seems the email notification I had setup was ‘lost’ after a WP update. Best of luck.

Yep I did all of that. Still nothing. I get them when logged in WP but nothing pushes to my inbox. I followed the instruction to this link (see below) and that didn’t help either.
