Not receiving new orders in WooCommerce "ORDERS" section

Not receiving new orders. Not showing up in WooCommerce “ORDERS” area and I am not receiving e-mail notifications from WooCommerce.
I AM getting order notices from PayPal, so I KNOW they’re going through.
What’s up with that?
