Not receiving "New Order" notifications

    Hello,

    I am opening a new ticket because I am not receiving the “New Order” e-mail notifications.
    Although, the customers receive the order confirmation e-mails.

    I already tried several solutions I have seen on other tickets such as changing the “from” address to wordpress@[yourdomain].com or put a Gmail address. None worked.

    I already checked in WooCommerce > Settings > E-mails and everything is appropriately configured.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your kind reply.

    I could finally solve the issue with another plugin. I used Postman SMTP and set it up with a Gmail address.

    I am finally receiving the “New Order” e-mails again.

    Can you please woocommerce fails to send emails for new orders but when the order status is changed to processing the emails are sent. The emails to customer also are being sent. please ASSIST!

    order mail not working when customer purchase any order.. i used wp smtp mail plugin after that all contact form 7 working fine but still order mail not working… plz figure out this query.. (woocommerce order not working)
