Not receiving emails when the form is submitted on browsers other than Chrome

As the title says, I’m unable to receive any of my submissions as an email if they have been entered on a browser other than Google Chrome.
The information is being saved into the Contact DB however to automatic mail function isn’t processing when I’ve used an alternate browser.
If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
