Not Receiving Emails to Domain Email

Hi,
I am having the complete opposite problem to what is mentioned in the support section of Contact Form 7.
The form submissions are being sent to my gmail email address but not the email address that matches the domain.What can I do to get this working? All enquiries are getting sent to my gmail and I am only building the site for the owners, I don’t actually own the business.
