Not receiving emails – multiple sites using same theme and CF7

  • Hi,

    I’m having an issue with not receiving emails. I currently have 3 sites using the same theme and all using CF7. I read in another topic that using the same theme with the CF7 plugin is something that causes conflicts. I am able to receive emails from 2/3 sites but one of them does not deliver the emails.

    Does anyone know if this is a known issue?
    Does anyone know how to troubleshoot or resolve this problem?

  • Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration. You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration.
