• Our website on www.remarpro.com is using contact form 7 plugin. We have received emails before and used it a lot, but now, for some reason, it does not work.

Some of the test-emails get through, but not all of them. How? Why? Can anyone help me?

Just to verify – have you checked the spam folder to make sure that they are not ending up there?

I would suggest checking the Contact Form 7 support forms for more information and support:

Yes, no emails at all. We are about 90 people total and about 15 people who shall restive the emails, and non of us do. No one got it in their spam or trash either.

    I will look into it.

Does anyone know any people who can help me directly?

Email problems are no fun – they can be so difficult to diagnose!

This could be the plugin at fault, although from what I remember of using Contact Form 7 years ago, it was quite reliable. As Hannah suggested, try their forums.

How many people do you send to in a single email? Are you adding lots of people CC’d and BCC’d to it? That might make it look spammy.

The problem could be with your hosting company’s server settings. I’ve used a third party email service called Mandrill when facing a similar issue, and it was far more reliable. There’s a WordPress plugin for it.

We have been using the contact form for about 1-2 years and no problems with forwarding emails. The emails from the contact form are sent to one email and then the email are a group inside admin.google, and the people who gets the email from the contact form receive it from the account thats linked to the form. If that makes any sense.

Contact form are linked to “[email protected]”. that email is a group inside admin.google. “[email protected]” are forwarded to about 12-15 people.

Any recommend other contact forms? That actually works?

    Hello,

Thank you, but I don’t think the set up is the issue, since (as I quote again) have been using this contact form for ages.

The ONLY thing we have been changing is the recipients-emails inside admin.google.

I prefer Gravity Forms. It’s not free but it has a lot more features.

But the plugin may or may not be your problem.

Could be that a setting’s changed on the server. Could be your Google email that’s at fault. A spam filter. Something else.

My email sherlocking skills are pretty basic, but can I suggest that you:
    1) send an email to [email protected] and see if it arrives. If not, probably not the plugin at fault.
    2) change the address the form sends to, to a non-Google email – does it work? If so, probably not the plugin at fault.
    3) set up a new WordPress user and tick to email them a password. Does it arrive? If not, probably a server setting at fault – try Mandrill.

Try to rule things out one by one. Then go to the support form for the Contact Form 7 plugin and give them all this info.

    Hello,
then try with WP SMTP Plugin, May be this is help you
