    Hi Good Day!

    I would like to ask why I cannot receive emails from woocommerce and contact form 7 when I uncheck the force email. But I do receive when I check the force email.

    I cannot check force email because I am using a different “from email” in the contact form 7 and woocommerce.

    When you’re using mailers like Gmail / G Suite & Other SMTP mailer options, you need to use the same authenticated email address as your “From email” and there’s no way to change it. Because you need to send an email using an authenticated email account to improve your email deliverability. Otherwise, your email notifications will be flagged as SPAM.

    To use different “From email addresses”, you need to configure a domain-based mailer such as Mailgun, Sendgrid, Sendinblue or SMTP.com. Those mailers will authenticate your domain instead of authenticating one specific email. Then you can set different “From email” addresses in your forms ([email protected] / [email protected]).

    So in your case, we recommend forcing your “from email address” to deliver your email notifications.
