Make sure you have the send_email attribute in the last step. Your multistep tag on the last step should look something like this:
[multistep multistep-576 last_step send_email]
If you do have that and you’re still not receiving emails, please make sure you can receive emails from a normal one-step contact form 7 form, without the multistep form-tag.
This plugin does not alter the way the emails are sent. If you’re still having trouble with a one-step form you may want to consider asking this question on the main Contact Form 7 support forum.
