Not Receiving Emails from Jetpack contact form

    Hi,

    I am not receiving Emails from Jetpack contact form.

    And other issue is, I am getting all submission in plan text not with formatted text as a user submitted.

    For example –

    User Submiited This –

    Hey trueshayari.in,
    I’m following your blog from last few weeks and there are amazing post.
    I was looking to contribute a guest post for your blog.
    I know the style of your writing and my post will be more amazing than you expect.
    Otherwise, Keep up your awesome work.

    And This submission showing me in Feedback like this –

    Hi there,

    I am not receiving Emails from Jetpack contact form.

    It appears your site’s Jetpack connection is broken – the XML-RPC file for your site at https://www.trueshayari.in/xmlrpc.php appears to be missing, or at least that link is being redirected, which means Jetpack cannot communicate with your site.

    This also means that contact form submissions won’t work properly.

    Please contact your hosting provider and make sure XML-RPC is enabled and not being blocked. Then disconnect and reconnect Jetpack, and check if you still don’t receive the email notifications.

    And other issue is, I am getting all submission in plan text not with formatted text as a user submitted.

    That is expected. Content added in a Text field of the contact form will not preserve any line spacing the submitter enters, but will display all text as a single, unbroken paragraph.

    As you mention XML-RPC file is still missing and I need to fix my IP redirection first to on my domain. I am trying to fix this issue as you said.

    But

    I have answered this above.

    The Jetpack contact form submits the form input as a single plaintext paragraph, and does not preserve line breaks.

    If you don’t want the form contents submitted in this way, you’ll need to use a different contact form plugin that preserves that spacing.
