Not receiving emails from contact form

    I’m using WPforms-lite and have set up a contact form. I’ve put my e-mail in the notifications settings, but when I test out the form, I don’t receive an email. What should I do? Thanks!

  • I’m having the same issue. I get some emails, but many do not go through. This has been happening for the last couple of weeks. I have checked the spam folder and nothing is there, either.

    I run a karaoke business and use WPForms Lite for song requests. I average between 80-100 emails in a 4 hours period a few nights per week. WPForms Lite worked great for two years in this aspect, until recently. Any suggestions for getting this to work would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @crochettoplay and @jfcranke,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery. The issue is likely due to strict email spam prevention settings that is wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

    To resolve email delivery issue, you could configure a SMTP plugin on your site so emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
