    For some reason, I don’t receive the test or regular form submissions at the domain email, but I do receive at generic google email…

    The domain email has been tested and it is receiving other emails.

    Thanks for reaching out! First of all, make sure that you have configured a mailer on your site by following this guide.

    Then, you can install the WP Mail Logging plugin on your site to store all the email requests. Once you test your form submission, check your email logs to find out more details. This should help you to troubleshoot the issue.
