    After updating the email address in the form it will not send it to the new address and since installation will not send it to our domain emails only to an external one. As a resul we are missing enquiries via our website. Please help

    We have followed all the help pages like: https://contactform7.com/configuration-errors/invalid-mailbox-syntax/

    Changed author of the page to try to get this sorted.

    Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    You don’t have a form of Contact Form 7 on the page. What plugin do you use for the form?

    Ok right, as it is a plugin, and our webdesigner had put in, I assumed it was Form 7.

    When I look on our contact page it has a lot of code for all the different parts to that page, and in that code I can see the contact section our: old email adress as well as Contact Form” _builder_version=”3.22″ and “Send Message” module_id=”et_pb_contact_form_0″ _builder_version=”4.8.2″
