• Suddenly not receiving emails although the acknowledgement email does go through.

    Nothing has changed- though I did try to update WP and plugins etc and it didn’t seem to make a difference either way.

    Do you get any response message after you submit the form?

    Yes- my personal email will get a notification that I submitted the form- but we do not receive the email in our company email account.
    It appears as though the IP being used to send them has been blacklisted but I have no idea how to set up a SMTP plugin without having to pay for it?
    Just totally lost.
