not receiving emails

    Hi, I have a problem,

    the people who register do not receive emails. but the status says “wait for email confirmation”.
    How do i check if an email is sent? is there a sent log?

    ia am using version: 2.1.3

    Hi @dirkw,

    Do you receive any other Ultimate member emails e.g. new member registration etc.?
    You can try to install SMTP plugin and see if it helps.
    Please also check the spam folder because these emails can be marked as spam
