Not receiving emails

  • Hi,

    On my website postmark is working normally when I send a test email from the postmark settings page. But I have trouble sending emails from the contact page. There is no error, but I just don’t receive the email. My attempt is also not showing in the postmark statics. Can you please help me out with this?

  • A couple thoughts… Check the obvious first. From the Postmark Settings page, under the General tab is “Send emails using Postmark” checked?

    Next, how is the contact page configured to send email? Is it a form? If so, are you using a plugin? Do you have the form configured to send an email?

    If you disable the Postmark plugin, does sending email from the contact page work?
