    Ive tried 5 times to buy my giftable product. Im not receiving the email nor the coupons seem to be created automatically at the coupon’s settings. Seems that this is a common issue that has never been resolved on the support forum, hope we can change this.

    Thanks for your interest in our plugin.

    After purchasing the gift card product by the customer make sure order status should be processing or completed only then gift card email will send to the recipient.
    Please run a test it should work.

    all of my purchase tries have been completed

    Still i do not receive the email Giftcards, nor they apear being created in the coupons page
