    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! Can you take screenshots of how you set up the “Emails” tab so that I can try to replicate this issue?

    Thanks for the screenshot. The settings at the top appear to be set up correctly. Do you have another email address that you could temporarily switch the admin email and From email to just to rule out any issue with those fields? Preferably something that isn’t a Gmail email so we could rule out any issue there as well.

    Also, For you admin emails, I see that you have 1 set up with 0 to 100 in addition to the default. Do you plan on sending different emails out based on score or just the one email? For testing, can you temporarily delete the 0 to 100 email and change the default text to something like “This is the default” just to rule out any issues with the multiple emails?

    While you are doing that, I’ll try to test on a test server with similar settings as those in your screenshot to see if I can replicate the issue.

    I just tried it with a non-gmail email address and that seems to have worked.

    I have the same problem. Emails don’t work. The settings at the top are set correctly, I changed the email address multiple time but no luck. It worked fine for a couple of days and after just stoped. I receive the data in the control panel but no emails…

    I am not receiving emails It worked the first two times and now it is not I also receive the data in the control panel but do not in the emails.
