Not receiving emails

  • Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can delay or stop emails on both the sending and receiving ends of a typical email. It depends entirely on your local configuration.

    I have three forms on my site. Only one form is not sending emails

    Key is what is different on that form or that page. For example are you using a different email address in the form – this can cause issues? Are there any plugins that operate only on that page?

    You will need to investigate this issue for your particular local configuration. The plugin works.
