    Hi,

    As of 10 days ago, I have stopped receiving emails with the contact’s referral source and page view history for my site Lyfemarketing.com. I even tried switching emails. LeadIn is infact still working though, as I am still able to see who has come to the site by going to stats and contacts. Just the email isn’t working.

    Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

    Thanks for the quick response. I am using version 2.2.4 with wordpress version 4.0.3 and jupiter theme 4.0.3

    Thanks for the additional information. I think I may know what the issue is here.

    Do you mind navigating to Leadin -> Settings then going to the Popup section and telling me what checkboxes are checked for “Show subscribe pop-up on”?

    Andy, the only boxed that is checked is the archive box.

    So my hunch was incorrect – sorry about that but thanks for the additional information.

    Did you check your spam folder? We recently changed the “from” address of the Leadin emails to come from the actual person who submitted the form instead of a defaulted Leadin email, so it could be that GMail is sending your notifications to a spam folder.

    Andy, sorry for getting back to you so late. I have checked the spam folder and it is not going there. Any other solutions you can think of?

    We recently launched a new feature to Leadin Pro, which is that we will now deliver all your contact notification emails through SendGrid. This update should take care of the issue that your email isn’t getting delivered, so I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved. If you’re not already on Leadin Pro, please update and check to see if your contact notification emails are coming through. If not, I’ll happily take a look for you.
