    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools?

    Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log: https://a.supportally.com/i/CUbZck. This will give us an idea of what might be going on.

    When you get a chance, could you please contact your hosting support and ask them to look into the issue? They should be able to resolve it.
