Not receiving emails

Hi there

I created an account an account with zoho to be able to receive email from business email such [email protected]
I was using contact 7 and i didn’t receive any email, then i installed Formination and that didn’t neither.
The email of my wp is different from above. I am trying to change that but i get this message
(This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this, we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.)but then i can’t see that email coming to [email protected] so that i can confirm it.
