Not Receiving Email Submissions

    Hi,

    Just signed up for your service. When I send myself an form submission, I am not receiving it by email. I did get one from someone else, but not sure why I didnt get mine.

    Dear @nycplugged,

    Do you see the submissions in the plugin Submissions section?
    Have you checked the spam folder and SMTP settings as well?

    I cant see the submissions, it says I need to upgrade. Nothing in Spam, what is the SMTP settings?

    Dear @nycplugged,

    You can check the SMTP settings with the hosting provider to make sure the website sends emails.

    Hi,

    I reached out to them, settings are correct. I think its something with the plugin. If I submit a form with my gmail account, I get a submission email. If I do so with aol, it doesn’t.

    I had a form plugin before and has no problems, I believe its something on your side. I’ve been trying to fix this for a while now and would like to get past it.
