Not receiving email submission request

    Hello! Please note that this is a test site the contact form for mailchimp has been installed and set up on – the actual website will be tackleboxmarketing.com.

    I have MailChimp for WordPress installed and it seems to be linking correctly since when I submit the contact form on the test site (link suplied) my information is then received on mailchimp and saved into my audience database.

    However, my client is not receiving any email that a user has submitted the form. Where can i set this to take place, that not only the user who filled out the form receives confirmation, but client also receives email notification?

    Hey @howcreativeinc,

    Please note that the free version of our plugin does not have any notification feature. The details if approved are submitted to your MailChimp List/Audience.

    The notification feature is only available in our premium version. You can also try using the free form builder plugin “Contact Form 7” and then integrate our plugin with it. This way you can use just the free version and still get the functionality you need.

    What is the name of the MailChimp integration plugin you are referring to?

    Integrations are part of the free MailChimp for WP plugin. Under MailChimp for WP > Integrations you can see the possible integration methods with other forms/plugins.

    I recommend using our Premium add-on to get the most robust solution for sending out notification emails as soon as the form is submitted.
