    Hi Team,

    I have configured Jetpack Form in my contact page. Here whenever I fill in all details and submit, it shows a success and even I am able to see it in Feedback section of my wp-admin.

    But the problem is, I am not receiving any email for this on Email Address registered on Email Feedback Settings of Form.

    I’ve also configured WP Mail SMTP and it’s Email Test functionality is successfully sending email.

    Please suggest what am I missing here which is causing this problem ?

    Hi –

    Double check the email for spam and other filters. Make sure the notification isn’t getting caught up before reaching the inbox. It will help to add the address that sends the notification to your email contact list as well. This helps prevent it from winding up in the spam filter.

    Once you’ve done that, test out the form through an incognito or private browser tab. If you like I can submit a test as well. Just let me know.

    Hi lizkarkoski,

    Just tested again and it worked. I guess the problem was due to some cache which was not successfully cleared upon performing these changes.
