    I have chosen to “Perform a full backup and email it to the specified address”.
    However, I am not receiving the email.
    I have confirmed that I have entered the correct email address.

    Hi David,

    Sometimes the receiving side of the email rejects the email because of the contents of the attachment. If the backup is not encrypted and contains script files etc places like GMail have been known to reject the email silently.

    Try encrypting the backup and see if it arrives, or try using an alternative email account from a different provider.
