Same issue, posted my own topic, no help provided. I’m hoping that by bumping my own topic and replying to this one that we’ll get some help…

Though the plugin successfully sends millions of emails every day, there are a host of issues that can stop or delay emails on both the sending and receiving ends. It depends entirely on your local Server & WordPress configuration.

I had this problem, found my issue to be the host of my domain not enabling remote MX records.

Mine was go-daddy but could be the same for other hosts

I am also with go-daddy and I think i might have the same problem.
Do you mind explaining or linking how you resolved your issue?

Yes the problem is not the software, I realized that he was more at my smtp server, misconfiguration. The software sends out the data because they were stored in “contact form DB”.
