    Hi @insightdes

In the Email Alert Preferences section on the All Options page do you have the option Alert me with scan results of this severity level or greater set to Low?

Also in the Scan Options section on the All Options page do you have the option Scan for out of date, abandoned, and vulnerable plugins, themes, and WordPress versions enabled?

If those settings all match then can you ask your hosting provider to look in the mail server queue for any undelivered emails.

    Hi Phil,

Yes, all those options are set.

I will speak to my hosting provider and get back to you.

    Cheers,
    Steve

    Hi Phil,

The web host support found cPanel was using a local mail exchanger, but the email accounts were remote.

Changing to a remote mail exchanger resolved the problem for us.

    Thanks, and regards,
    Steve
