Not receiving CSV

    Do you need to enter FTP details when installing new plugins or uploading files?

    No, I just do everything as normal through the WP interface.

    I can’t think of why this is. only thing I can think of is that the permissions on the server is preventing the temp file from being created. have never had this problem before or had it reported. So it must be within the server or email side.

    are you able to get into any PHP error logs?

    Just to say that I’m having this issue too. Where might my PHP error logs be? Many thanks…
